Located in an extremely high-rent market, One Church Street offers 93 affordable apartments adjacent to public transportation, shopping, schools, parks, a library, community centers and religious institutions. The award-winning design knits this new complex into the existing fabric of traditional row houses in the neighborhood. Twelve apartments are filled on a referral basis. An on-site social services staff works with residents to provide the support needed to stabilize their lives and improve their economic situation.
